Unsalted Butter (cold, diced)

Pinch of Cinnamon
Pinch of Salt
Step 1
Combine all streusel topping ingredients in a food processor until crumbly.
Step 2
Thaw the frozen peach pie for 30 minutes at room temperature and preheat the oven to 330°F (165°C).
Step 3
Cut a circle inside the pie's crimped edges and remove the top crust. Then spread Hero Blueberry Fruit Spread over the peach filling.
Step 4
Top evenly with streusel topping, ensuring edges are covered.
Step 5
Bake at 330°F (165°C) for 1 hour, then 20 more minutes at 350°F (175°C) with low fan until golden brown and the filling is cooked. Cool slightly before serving.
