Hero Strawberry Bakery Jam
Peanut Butter Frozen Dough Pucks (12 pieces of 1.5 oz each)
Step 1: Thaw the Dough
Place the frozen dough pucks on a parchment-lined sheet tray. Keep them covered and allow them to thaw completely.
Step 2: Prepare the Thumbprints
While the dough is still cold, make a thumb-sized indentation in the center of each puck. Pipe just over 30 g / 1 oz of Hero Strawberry Baking Jam into each indentation.
Step 3: Adjust Baking Time
Decrease the recommended baking time by 2 minutes to adjust for thawed dough.
Step 4: Cool and Serve
Allow the cookies to cool completely on the sheet tray before serving.
